1. You must be at least 18 to operate.
2. If you are less than 18 you must have
an adult onboard
when you operate, or
a. Be 16 or 17 and possess a Utah PWC Education
Certificate. or
b. Be 12 to 15, possess a Utah PWC Education Certificate
and operate under directd adult supervision.
